Your name, email address, wedding date or date preference, and permission to contact you are required. You can also choose to share a phone number, location, venue, guest count, music preferences and a message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

How your information is used

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database and can be accessed by Galarex to handle your request and related booking discussions. Submitting this form does not sign you up for marketing emails. Website hosting and database providers process the information needed to run this service.

Website security and preferences

The website checks submissions to reduce spam and repeated requests. A hashed network identifier may be stored for this purpose; the inquiry form does not store your raw IP address. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Questions, corrections or deletion

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, use the inquiry form and mention “privacy request” in your message. Include the email address used in your original inquiry so Jacob can locate it. For a privacy request, select “We’re still choosing a date” to send the form without entering a wedding date.
